Sports Nutrition.

Nutrition is an important part of being an athlete. It is easy to focus on the work (practice, strength, endurance, speed) and to overlook the recovery (sleep, rest, mobility, flexibility and DIET), but the truth is both are vital to good performance.

I've created a one month package to allow time to dig into each athletes specific needs and goals and to create a custom package to help them meet those goals.

Sports Package

The sports package is designed to provide athletes with a custom plan and support that will help maximize their hard work. Providing adequate nutrition will improve: muscle building, endurance, overall performance and recovery. 

 

The Sports Nutrition Package includes:​

  • A one hour initial meeting covering:​

​​

  • A discussion of basic sports nutrition and specific nutrient needs including: macros, micros, fluids, and total calorie needs.

  • ​​Creating a personalized plan incorporating the athlete's nutrient needs into an eating plan that fits into their life and they feel is doable. 

  • The athlete's goals and  current diet/ training plan, any struggles they are dealing with- including food or digestive issues, energy, weight or sleep issues.

​

  • Four 15 minute check in sessions to be used to work through and solve any issues that come up in the real world.

​​

  • Package Cost: $200​
